I am reminded once again that I was inspired by the movie Julie and Julia to set up this blog. I had also wanted to take the idea of cooking through a recipe book. So yes, my new aim is to bake through these two cupcakes recipe books that I have:
1. Cupcake Creations published by Hinkler Books
2. Wild About Cupcakes, written by Rachel Lane, published by PageOne
I am very excited about this project. However, I did not set a specific timeframe for myself in which I must complete this project. This is because I will have several challenges of hunting for the right ingredients as some of the ingredients required are rather exotic. Nonetheless I will try to recreate every recipe as close to the book as possible, bar some tweaks here and there for the decorations as I find some of them are a bit not my taste or just plain too much.
